Gwendolyn (Wendi) is the founder and an equity partner of Campbell Albrecht. Wendi manages plan implementation and ongoing administration of Campbell Albrecht's defined contribution plans including all aspects of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance. With nearly 23 years of experience in retirement plan design, administration, and communications, she has been instrumental in developing proprietary and cutting-edge solutions in combination with other innovative technologies that have enabled us to streamline the administration of our clients' plans and greatly enhance the accuracy of our clients' retirement plan records.

Prior to starting Campbell Pension Services, Inc. DBA Scottsdale Pension Systems-California in 1999, Wendi was sole proprietor of GWC Pension Administration Services working as a consultant for Scottsdale Pension Systems, Inc. (Scottsdale, Arizona) and Benefit & Retirement Strategies (Tucson, Arizona). She began her career in 1989 as a plan administrator for Pension Management, Inc. of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Wendi graduated from the University of Denver in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in Finance. She is married with two daughters, and resides in Westlake Village, California.

James (Jim) has more than 21 years of experience in pension consulting, including: plan administration, plan design, sales, and management. He specializes in creative plan designs, which can maximize contributions for a favored group of employees while minimizing contributions to other eligible employees. Jim is responsible for ensuring that the company stays focused on its primary goals--extraordinary customer service, cutting-edge retirement plan design, competitive fees, and delivery of accurate and timely work products. Jim also makes certain all clients conform to existing and future regulatory measures.

A graduate of California State University Northridge, Jim's professional pension career began in 1991, at Coopers & Lybrand (L.A.) in the Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation group. He later worked for The Wyatt Company (now Watson Wyatt Worldwide), and Louis Kravitz and Associates as a plan administrator and pension consultant. Jim's relationship with Wendi Campbell began in January of 2003. Jim became an equity partner in Campbell Pension Services DBA Scottsdale Pension Systems in November 2004.

Jim is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and continues to take the ASPPA exam series. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Northridge.

Jim resides in Northridge, California and is married with three daughters.


 

Genevieve Enrile (Gen)
Senior Plan Administrator

Genevieve (Gen) joined Campbell Albrecht in early 2010 as a Senior Plan Administrator. Her responsibilities include preparing comprehensive administrative reports, performing compliance testing, and completing required government forms for defined contribution plans. She also assists clients with the day-to-day operations of their retirement plans, with the goal of providing the highest level of service.

Prior to joining the firm, Gen worked as a pension administrator for over 10 years with a particular focus on defined benefit plans. Gen has also held various positions in banking, import-export trade and common bonded warehouse operations in the Philippines, for over 10 years.

Gen is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila, The Philippines, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Management. She resides in Monterey Park, California.


Beth Albrecht

Beth Albrecht joined the firm in 2008 after having served as National Director of Marketing at Kaiser Permanente for over 10 years. Prior to working at Kaiser Permanente, Beth held various marketing management positions in both the health care and financial services industries. Beth is responsible human resource oversight, office management, marketing strategy, and sales support.

Beth attended University of California Santa Barbara and California State University Northridge, and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing. She is married to Jim Albrecht and together they have three daughters.


Alma Yzaguirre - Plan Administrator

Alma’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client loans and distributions. She works directly with plan sponsors and plan participants in the timely processing of loans and distributions. She is also the liaison between the 401(k) vendors, plan sponsors, and plan participants. Alma joined Campbell Albrecht in 2007. She has over 12 years of experience in general accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Previously, Alma held positions with the Burbank Unified School District and a local payroll company. 

Alma holds an Associate Arts degree in Business Administration from Los Angeles Mission College and resides in Granada Hills with her husband and three children.
