Jim has more than 28 years of experience in pension consulting, including plan administration, plan design, sales, and management. He specializes in creative plan designs that maximize contributions for a favored group of employees while minimizing contributions to other eligible employees. Jim is responsible for ensuring that the company stays focused on its primary goals: extraordinary customer service, cutting-edge retirement plan design, competitive fees, and delivery of accurate and timely work products. Jim also makes certain all clients conform to existing and future regulatory measures.
A graduate of California State University Northridge with a degree in Business Administration, Jim's professional pension career began in 1991 at Coopers & Lybrand in the Actuarial, Benefits, and Compensation group. He later worked for The Wyatt Company (now Watson Wyatt Worldwide), and Louis Kravitz and Associates as a plan administrator and pension consultant. Jim became an equity partner in Campbell Pension Services (DBA Campbell Albrecht) in November 2004.
Jim is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). He also maintains other financial-related designations.
Jim resides in West Hills, California, and has three daughters.
